CT Wedding Photographer: Top of the Mountain
The next best thing to being married with the beautiful backdrop of the Heublein Tower and the Talcott Mountain Range is being the lucky CT wedding photographer that gets to shoot the event. The happy couple, Desire and Tim, picked a beautiful day in May to be married. The wedding ceremony took place outdoors on the Cliffside Terrace of the Tower Ridge Country Club. The terrace ceremonial area was on grass with a well accented stone aisle that lead up to a beautiful heart-scape stone platform where the happy couple said their vows. The sun was shining and provided ample outdoor lighting that with some wispy cloud cover to texture the sky. It was an ideal day to be a CT wedding photographer.
We spent some time on the golf course as well to take pictures of the bride and groom playing a friendly game and putting on the green. Of course we also had to take advantage of the beautiful mountain-view so we headed to the top and took a few breathtaking pictures of the scenic landscape. Inside the country club, the reception room featured tall windows to be able to catch a view of the beautiful outdoor space. The couple had also selected May 5th to be their wedding date so they decorated their reception area in a beautiful assortment of green and yellow accent pieces to take advantage of the Cinco de Mayo theme.
Places like this make me enjoy being a CT wedding photographer.
